A Little About FizzLab We created FizzLab because we wanted to bring something different and a lot more fun to the usual event experience. For us, it’s not just about handing you a drink. We love helping make your celebration feel special. Whether it’s creating a signature drink for a wedding, mixing up colorful drinks for a birthday, or serving shaved ice on a hot summer day, we can make FizzLab fit your event. Our truck serves dirty sodas, fresh lemonades, flavored seltzers, energy drinks, shaved ice and plenty of fun combinations made fresh to order.
